Vocaltel have been a Voxvalley customer since early 2014, firstly with a mobile dialer app and more recently, since June 2015, with Vox UCM. When we decided to make the move into business communications in 2015 we evaluated four different vendor solutions before taking the decision to use Vox UCM, primarily because it had excellent support for multiple tenants and because of its easy to use tenant web portal. We initially took delivery of Vox PBX in August 2015 and quickly upgraded to Vox UCM to provide contact center functionality to several our customers. To date we have been extremely pleased with the both functionality of Vox UCM and with the assistance provided by Voxvalley support and development. As a sign of our continuing commitment to our business customers and our continuing relationship with Voxvalley we have recently taken delivery of the Voxvalley UCM mobile app dialer which now allows us to offer a fully integrated pre-configured mobile dialer to our business customers.

Not only was the base MoSIP client already available for Android and iOS with a superior feature set, but we felt that the team at Voxvalley had deep expertise in both SIP client and SIP server application development. We were confident that they could deliver the customization that we required, properly branded for SkySwitch Resellers and fully integrated with our WebCentrex service.
