All they need to do is install the mobile VoIP dialers that allow them to access VoIP for making international long distance and domestic VoIP calls at low rates. In addition to VoIP calling, some of the mobile VoIP dialers allow value added features such as IM & SMS to smartphone users to add more channels of VoIP communication. So, smartphones have been playing a bigger role in achieving mobility for both individual and corporate users.

2. Internet Accessibility – With most smartphones supporting as good as 3G and 4G networks, it has become increasingly easy for smartphone users to access VoIP which needs internet connection for making cheaper VoIP calls. So, the ease with which the smartphones are allowing internet accessibility has been a major contributing factor for VoIP adoption by many smartphone users. Apart from 3G and 4G, these smartphones also support Wi-Fi connectivity which is the most widely used internet connection option by residential VoIP users. Thus, the easy accessibility to diverse internet connection options have resulted in quick VoIP adoption by smartphone users.

3. Affordability – Today, smartphones with high-end configurations are available at affordable prices. So, anyone can afford a smartphone with a good mobile broadband connection to easily access VoIP for making cheap international long distance and domestic VoIP calls. In addition, smartphone makers are also providing easy EMI options for buyers to boost their sales.
